The South side of El Yunque National Forest is less crowded that the main entrance and it is a one hour
drive from PR191-N to 191-S. This area is excellent for slow mobility birders; for hikers, the trail is
challenging; it connects with Tradewinds Trail for a real hike. The community is working hard for people to
learn and explore the area, and, sponsor the local business. Please be adsived that the waterfalls that
are promoted on the Internet are on private property. Avoid risking your life in a private land where there
is no cellphone reception; your insurance will not cover your actions, don´t risk the life of our rescuers.
