Tell me something about your business.

Our company has been in business for the last 30 years.  We comply with local agencies (Puerto Rico Tourism Company, Certified Tour
Guides), Negociado de Transporte (Authorized vehicles to offer tours, we not use personal or private vehicles), registered at the local
Treasury Department as a business (Registro de Comerciante), US Forest Service - El Yunque National Forest (Special Permit to offer
day/night hikes, bird watching, photography, etc.).
What type of tours do you offer?

Our company has been in business since 1992 offering guided services (private, custom, bespoke, taylor) to our clients (independent, solo
travelers, small groups, including student travel).

What is the size of your groups?

Depends on the time of the year and the type of activity, the size of the groups could be from 2 to 8 or 14 participants.  Remember, private
tours are designed for those who ask for a customized activity
, and, yes, we can handle larger groups.
Can I book a tour online?

Yes, you can and you will find the links on our website.  If are designing a private activity for you, we will open a ticket for that specific
product for you to book online.  A non-refundable deposit is required. Peek.com, the company that handles the online booking software,
will charge you a fee of 6%, plus the credit card transaction fee (2.3%+30¢). If you prefer to pay with direct deposit (bank to bank) or
Western Union, please contact us.  Before booking, you should read our
General Terms and Conditions.
On your hikes to El Yunque, do you include La Barrigona, Las Pailas, and Las Tinajas?

No, we don´t.  The swimming holes or waterfalls at La Barrigona, Las Pailas, and Las Tinajas are not part of El Yunque National Forest.
These are located close to El Yunque, but not inside; henceforth, it is not a federal property under the US Forest Service administration.
Water falls at El Yunque will be La Coca and Juan Diego, plus swimming areas at Angelito Trail and Puente Roto.  La Mina is still closed.
