| We have improved this walk for urban birds to allow slow mobility birders to go birding close to the port as the Old San Juan has some hills that slow mobility birders cannot walk. If you are slow mobility birder or if you want to stay close to your hotel in San Juan or cruiseship, then the Old San Juan on Foot is for you! This activity is offered on a private basis (by appointment only). |
| What to expect? Possible endemic species will be two of our hummingbirds (Emerald and Mango) and Woodpecker. Other species? Bananaquit, Pearly-eyed Thrasher, Bananaquit, Java Sparrow, Monk and Canary-winged Parakeets. If f you are looking for migratory species, Winter is excellent to go for them at the Old San Juan. |
