Created in 2001 for cruiseship passengers, the Catholic
Heritage of San Juan historic walk is a journey through
time exploring the role of the Catholic religion during the
colonization period based on the chronicles written by
Pané and Bartolomé de Las Casas. We have improved
this walk, now known as The Monks, which take us to the
establishment of the Catholic church in our territory and its
influence: from the social and religious development to the
architecture of their temples and local food.
