Just a 30 minutes drive with your personal driver will
take you to Caguas and its Ruta del corazón criollo
(route to the heart of creole). Be prepared to learn not
only about the history of Caguas, but Puerto Rico´s
untold history as well.
What to expect?
Also, we will stop at a local fonda for an early or late
lunch (not included in price). Do you want to try local
winning award sangría at the end of the tour?

- Museum of Caguas - You will learn about our
prehistory as the exhibition shows lots of
archaeological findings from the area.
- Tobacco Museum - Puerto Rican women
- were part of this industry and this museum
honor them. Local artisans will show the art
of hand-rolled cigars.
- Caguas Arts Museum - This museum pay
tribute to Puerto Rican craftsmen; permanent
collections of master craftsmen, such as Elpidio
- Collazo, Celestino Avilés, Zoilo Cajigas, Emilio
Pink and the new exhibition of eigh costumbrism
miniatures by master artisan Edwin Báez.
Also, we will stop at a local fonda for an early or late
