Its official name is Ceiba State
Forest
, also known as Medio
Mundo and Daguao, and most of
its land is located within the old
naval station at Roosevelt
Roads.

We have a special permits with
the Local Authority for the
Redevelopment of Roosevelt
Roads to offer different
activities, such as biking, hiking,
walking, sightseeing, and
birding.  After hurricanes Irma
and María, the old naval station
was activated as a base, but we
still have our permits to go in.
The hurricanes hit hard this side
of the mainland, but birds are
truly survivors.
We invite you
to join us in this unique
experience!
