|Due to the number of people visiting El Yunque National Forest during the Holy Week/Weekend (Wednesday through Sunday, including
Good Friday and Easter) and the month of July, we DO NOT OFFER tours to El Yunque other than the Night Hike and/or Ancestral Areyto.
Access to the Forest is limited and we cannot guarantee the quality during those days.
One year after we were granted special
permits at El Yunque National Forest (1997),
hurricane Georges left a path of destruction all
over Puerto Rico. We looked east, and here
we are. Nineteen years later, we had Irma and
María, Nature in her best manifestation
cleaning up her path. Our Ancestors called it
Guabancej. The beauty of Natureregenerating
itself and we learn as we witness this process.
