|During a full day in the eastern region
you spend less time driving. In the same
day you can visit a tropical rainforest in
the morning and a dry one in the
afternoon. Combine both and save!
Hilda Morales - Owner
There are two main birding areas when you want to see as many birds as possible in
one day. When you are short of time to go to the western side of Puerto Rico, the east
is your best option. Just imagine, half or full day at the rainforest; or half day at the
old naval station at Roosevelt Roads (Ceiba); a quest for five of the six hummingbirds
that nest in Puerto Rico; or go in the night for the Screech Owl. And, if you are looking
for pelagic birds, June and July are the best months to go, join us!
